European Factors to Watch- Shares seen up for 9th straight day

(Adds company news, further details) LONDON, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 20 points higher, or up 0.3 percent, Germany's DAX to open 39 points higher, or up 0.4 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 15 to 16 points higher, or up as much as 0.3 percent. A snow storm engulfing New York is expected to keep many investment banks and fund managers on skeleton staff, though the main exchanges all plan to open as usual on Tuesday. The FT
